We're an Epicor Kinetic implementation partner for manufacturing clients across several fields — discrete and process manufacturers who needed the platform configured around how they actually run production, not a generic rollout. Our scope covers core ERP configuration (Financials, Production Management, and Supply Chain Management modules set up against each client's real production and planning process), integrations and data migration (connecting Kinetic to existing plant-floor, IoT, and MES systems, and migrating legacy data without a stoppage in production), and BI, reporting, and analytics built on top of Kinetic so operational and financial reporting live in one place instead of a spreadsheet bolted onto the ERP.
