Since 2020, our engineers have been part of the backend team at CommonFloor — India's largest real estate marketplace, live since 2007 and covering 400+ cities with hundreds of thousands of active listings. At that scale, the core problem is relevance and reliability: a buyer searching a locality like Whitefield, Bangalore needs to go from thousands of results down to the handful that actually match their budget, BHK, and carpet-area requirements, and every one of those listings has to stay accurate as agents and organizers add, update, and manage properties continuously. We work across three parts of that problem — the search and filtering engine behind property discovery, the listings and agent/CRM systems that keep property data and lead flow accurate, and the platform infrastructure that keeps the marketplace running at India-wide scale.
